After many months ground treatment works have begun at Gelderd Park for Phase 2.
Phase 2 will include more than 12,500 sq ft industrial, commercial and retail units and will be completed Q1-Q2 2024 .
Phase 1 of Gelderd Park comprises of more than 83,000 sq ft of industrial space which is fully let.
This leaves 3 acres of land which can accommodate up to c. 40,000 sq ft of new build (D&B) accommodation for Phase 3 and Phase 4.
